This was not at all a pleasant experience. We had to pick up the car at the furthest location in the economy parking lot in the dark, wet, snowy weather. The lock box code was buried at the bottom of the details and was missed. So I had to call to get the code. After getting in the car, the rear view mirror was replaced with a camera. At night, especially in wet weather, visibility was dangerously poor.
The car lacks simple charging control and rides terribly.
Directions for car return options were followed yet I was charged $40 for parking.
When I disputed the charge I was told I have an unpleasant demeanor.

The primary motivation behind utilizing the economy lot stems from its cost-effective nature, providing guests with a maximum charge of $10. Unfortunately, Kevin's failure to adhere to the provided instructions resulted in an unsatisfactory experience.
