Car pick up was easy was able to find a car with no issue. It was clean and the host was easy to communicate with..

She showed up an HOUR late even though I asked in advance. Turo is awesome. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and learn from my mistake. Choose another host!!!!!!’ Babette

Host was incredibly rude and car is old, doesn’t hold gas well, had coolant/oil warnings, and had terrible ventilation.

This is not true. No issues with the gas. Ventilation is perfect. Jacob just had it filtering the air inside and not letting air from outside in.
Jacob was a bad communicator. Would not answer phone calls or respond. Made claims but would not send photos or allow us his location to come check the car. We offered to come and help and even to swap him into one of our other cars. This guest was having a hard life and decided to take it out on us. We got the car back and there are no issues.
