Norman is very responsive as a host. The car was very clean and worked great!! It was perfect for me, my wife and our 6 year old. The snow feature on the Tucson work wonderful for the conditions.. We have the same vehicle but just no snow, so never got to use that feature lol. Our flight was delayed but Norman still said it was no issue. I would recommend definitely! Thanks for helping us have an awesome trip.
