The vehicle will be delivered to Salt Lake City Airport Covered Parking Garage (even for local guests) ahead of time for self check-in, no more than 24 hours in advanced. Guests are responsible for paying the parking garage ticket upon exiting. We do not provide vehicles at our downtown home office address location. At trip end, guests can return the vehicle to the Economy Lot for free or back to the Parking Garage, where an after-trip invoice (max $40) will be sent based on parking time ($5/hr, $40/day cap). We may deliver or pick up vehicles up to 24 hours before trip start or after trip end. Guests receive messaging with detailed instructions prior and during their trip.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or pets in the vehicle. Reckless driving or off-roading is not permitted. Please, fill up the vehicle with Premium Gasoline.

• I accidentally got a Crack in the Windshield. What should I do?

  You can choose to take the car to a nearby windshield glass shop and return it in the same condition as you received it. Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our affiliated shops to fix the windshield after your trip. However, please note that a convenience fee and the cost of the windshield may apply.

• What national park recommendations do you have?

  One highly recommended hike is Angels Landing in Zions, offering an iconic Utah experience during the warmer seasons. If you prefer a less challenging option, exploring Queens Garden at Bryce Canyon provides an otherworldly experience. Additionally, while in Moab, hiking to the Landscape Arch at Arches National Park is worth considering.

• Can my friends/family members drive the vehicle?

  Yes, as long as they are legally licensed and added as a registered Driver with Turo after booking the vehicle, they can! Turo doesn’t charge for adding additional drivers however the primary renter may need to be present for pick up and drop off.

• What happens if I put the Wrong Type of Fuel in a Vehicle?

  Unfortunately, repairs could be extensive. Be sure to review the manufacturer guide book found in the vehicle for the correct fuel grade. You will be responsible for the repairs, as it is rarely covered by insurance.

• Can I exceed the mileage for a trip?

  Certainly, it is possible to exceed the allocated mileage for a trip. However, please note that there will be an additional charge for any extra miles beyond the agreed limit.

• Is it possible to have a vehicle delivered to a personal address?

  No. Unfortunately at this time we are only supporting SLC Airport Delivery for trip start and trip end, even for local guests.

• What if I get into an accident?

  Call the local police immediately. Ensure that you receive an accident report number and a copy of the other party's license and insurance info. After which, message us on the Turo app for additional assistance. We'll help you qualify for coverage with insurance.
