Tire did a blow out and did not have a spare in car. Paying for roadside assistance was a waste too they never showed. 14 hours on the side of the highway with 4 kids. Never asked were we ok. 127$ replaced tire not reimbursed either.
We’re sorry the trip did not go as expected. The tire was brand new and passed inspection before the trip began. Tire damage that occurs during a trip is generally the guest’s responsibility under Turo’s policies. We directed the guest to Turo Roadside Assistance when the issue was reported. Additionally, the vehicle was not returned as scheduled and remained in the guest’s possession well beyond the trip end date. We strive to assist all guests fairly and professionally.
