Guidelines
No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell or evidence that you have smoked in the car, Turo will charge you as this is completely against their policy. No pets allowed as we have renters who are allergic to different animals. If you don't comply, a cleaning fee will be charged when applicable. Car must be returned with a full tank of gas just like how it was picked up with. If you do not want to do this, purchase the additional prepaid fuel option.

How do I pay for tolls?
An invoice will be automatically created and uploaded to Turo for you to pay after your trip ends for every toll charge.
Does gas need to be filled?
Car will come with a full tank of gas and must be returned at the same fuel level. Please note renters are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, you will be subject to the actual cost of gas + inconvenience fee.

Great host with an easy process

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Will never use this host again. The vehicle was not checked prior to rental and had issues with the front headlight. We were asked to visit an Auto Zone to have the matter resolved and that we'd be reimbursed. It is absolutely insane to ask a customer to do such. Delaying our trip, we had to return to their used car lot where we were offered a dirty used non turo vehicle to use. Of course, we declined! This host does not represent Turo well at all! Would not recommend them to anyone! Rude and poor customer service provided!

We take pride in providing excellent customer service. This review misrepresents the situation. When the customer reported a headlight issue, we offered two options: meet at our location for immediate repair or reimbursement for a local repair to save their time. The customer became aggressive and used profanity. Claims about a dirty or non-Turo vehicle are false. Additionally, the customer allowed an unapproved person to drive. The car was also returned improperly, blocking our other cars.
