Guidelines
No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell or evidence that you have smoked in the car, Turo will charge you as this is completely against their policy. No pets allowed as we have renters who are allergic to different animals. If you don't comply, a cleaning fee will be charged when applicable. Car must be returned with a full tank of gas just like how it was picked up with. If you do not want to do this, purchase the additional prepaid fuel option.

Does gas need to be filled?
Car will come with a full tank of gas and must be returned at the same fuel level. Please note renters are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, you will be subject to the actual cost of gas + inconvenience fee.

My trip was a disaster, the battery died while I was in Reno, I had to call roadside assistance to come and jump start the car. I couldn’t get ahold of the Host, I called he didn’t answer, I messaged him multiple times and nothing. I had to buy a new battery out of my own pocket and I’m still waiting for the Host to respond to my claim. I will NEVER rent from him again.
