RETURN THE VEHICLE CLEAN - Remove sand, dirt, grime, and anything you personally brought in before return. ---Cleaning for the next guest that goes beyond what can be done on-site, will result in cleaning fees being applied--- PRE PAID REFUEL - If you opt out of this service, you are agreeing that you will bring the vehicle back with the same fuel level it was received at, or please purchase pre paid refuel. The 2024 Subaru Forester was a great vehicle to shuttle family around for our family event. It fit 4 adults and a 12 year old nicely. And my elder dad was able to get in and out easily. It rained most of the time we used it and we had no issues. The only negatives, were for a 2024 vehicle, the USB ports weren’t the newer USB-C ports that newer phones are using and I wasn’t used to the start/stop gas saving feature. Pick up process was pretty easy, I hadn’t used Turo before and the hosts were informative and clear on the pickup and drop off process. Hosts were very professional and kept me very informed of everything. Thank you for allowing me to rent this lovely vehicle.

The Forester was spotlessly clean, handled beautifully on mountain roads/freeways, and was relatively easy to figure out. We had a little trouble finding the park and ride in Roseville. Our drop off at the airport took a little more time than we expected. All in all, though, this was a great experience!
