Parked at Metro Plaza West in the parking lot on the south side of the building. NOT AT THE APARTMENTS. METRO PLAZA WEST is the 2 story office building in front of the apartments and across from the BP.

Pathfinder rear brakes were grinding when we picked it up. Made more noise as our trip went on. Was disappointed that the vehicle was not maintained well. Lift gate mechanism was broken and difficult to open. Wasn't cleaned prior to our trip. Bottles under seats, not vacuumed or washed. Disappointed!

Sorry you feel we missed the mark. All vehicles are cleaned between each rental and we didn’t have any reports of brake issues from any previous renters. The pathfinder is our most popular car and as you can see from all previous rentals we maintain and clean cars between each trip. We often have very quick turn around between trips and if issues are not reported then we might not catch them. As is the case with the rear latch.
