Enjoy a ride in this LUXURIOUS AWD 2019 Hyundai SantaFe with dark interior seating. It can seat up to 5 people. Take a cruise with your friends and family in this very spacious car. This car is SO COMFORTABLE and handles really well. It has everything you need, Apple CarPlay, touch screen monitor, backup camera, cruise control, blind spot warning safety features, Google Maps, collapsible backrow seats, AUX outlet, surround sound speakers and so much more! Relatively new to Turo and want every customer to have a great experience with my vehicles. My goal is to accommodate my customers and provide excellent services each and every time. Please note, our vehicles listed on Turo are regularly disinfected before and after every trip in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It is our goal for you to have a safe and enjoyable trip. I chose this car initially due to features listed that included a car seat, which I needed for my toddler accompanying me in the trip. After booking and paying, I reached out to the owner asking if he can ensure the car seat is included in the car. He was not aware that he had car seat listed in his features description, and after confirmation he did get back to me within 24 hours to confirm he is able to bring a car seat (this was stressful as my trip was the next day and I had to arrange backup rental just in case). Regardless, I was glad it worked out. After we arrived, my child was placed in the car seat and did complain through the 2-hour trip but we did not realize the issue until our arrival - she was soaked along her entire back side and legs, and it smelled very badly of urine and diaper blow out. I went back to the car seat and found it completely wet in the seating area and backside, with the same awful smell. Her diaper was completely dry and we realized the seat itself was soaked prior to our receiving the car. It was a great inconvenience to me to take apart all of the car seat covers and straps, find a place to wash and disinfect these, then wait for them to dry and put it back together in order for me to use the car seat again, which was a big disturbance in our trip. I called and spoke to the owner to discuss this and he informed me that he washed the car seat prior to the trip but he was not aware that it did not dry up in time for our trip. After I thoroughly washed and disinfected the car seat, it was free of the prior odor. On the day of our return, I called the owner twice to let him know we were on our way. We were supposed to meet by noon to hand off the car. Initially he told me he would meet me at the airport in front of our departing gate, but he might be running late. Once I arrived at the location and called him (luckily I was 15 minutes early), he told me that he in fact would not be able to make it in time and asked me to park the car in the airport parking garage and leave the key inside. I was still able to make it in time for my flight due to being early, but did not appreciate this last minute change especially in light of needing to be timely at the airport. I should mention that I sent my itinerary including both arriving and departing flights to the car owner, per his request, well before the trip and he was aware of me having a flight to catch. He was polite throughout our communication and the car was otherwise clean/comfortable without issues, but due to the above issues with the car seat and timeliness I could not give this trip a higher rating.

Hi Ms. Sana, thank you for your recent review. We definitely take your concerns seriously and look to learn from it. The car seat did not smell of pee or diaper blow out as you put it. When you contacted us the previous night to confirm that the seat was going to be available for your trip we made it our priority to have it washed and sanitized. Unfortunately it did not dry completely. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your feedback.
