I’m not one who ever leaves bad reviews, however this host attempted to charge me additional fees for extra cleaning and fuel charges which were completely false. I did go over the allotted mileage, and did ask the host if we could work with the overage. He did say he would reach out to Turo and see what could be done. However once he contacted Turo, and i guess he found out he doesn’t profit much on the additional fees he attempted to add additional fees for extra cleaning and said i didn’t leave the fuel level at what i picked it up at. In addition to that, he wanted me to cashapp him funds to “cover all the charges”. After the host asked me to do that, i immediately stopped communicating with him and only communicated with Turo. After disputing his egregious extra charges, and based on the photos i took with the pick up and drop off, Turo removed the additional charges for the claims he made. If you do rent from this host, PLEASE make sure to take very good photos of EVERYTHING.

This is a disgruntled client that tried to get over on everything including overage on mileage. He tried to convince me upon return & contacted me off line to waive everything. When I said I would waive some of it it was not enough & he got mad. I would show you his text if I could. What Turo then offered him was to pay more on the overage then I had offered him which I accepted and it made him real mad so as you can see he gave a bad review. This is wrong as I saw it coming & reported it.
