Very gracious host. Dmitry responded and approved my slightly early/late pickup and drop off requests immediately, and texted me mid-day to check in and remind me to refill the gas (remember it uses 93 octane). The car was luxurious and drove well— I loved the sound system. The location was easy to find, and pickup/drop off were seamless without any issues. Car was VERY clean, and Dmitry even offered me a free pack of masks for my trip (luckily I brought and used my own in the car). Definitely would recommend.

Dmitry was very nice to me and my friends - even though I initially wanted to pick up the car at the airport, he instead said he could drive till in front of my house and he was there 15 minutes before the time we agreed. Said so, the car was old. We rented it for a 8/9 hours drive. On the first day, it didn’t give us any problem - other than the Bluetooth which was difficult to connect to the phone. When we came back from our trip the battery died. Dmitry was very sorry about it but I was very worried about the car. The assistance was terrible - it took almost 4 hours before someone could come and jump the battery. At the end of trip we couldn’t fill the gas cause all the gas station in the area were closed but Dmitry didn’t charge me.

Unfortunately, I have no control over the TURO roadside support. Upon arrival, the vehicle and the battery were inspected by Acura. No issues with electric or the battery were found. I guess the lights were left on overnight and drained the battery. The roadside assistance consisted of charging the battery.

It was my best rental experience with Turo. It was a easy exchange and he communicated with me. I will be renting again.
