The following rules are intended to help keep the vehicle in great condition. Please treat the car as your own and everything will be absolutely fine. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed during your rental experience. Turo is a wonderful service that lets our community have access to great cars. Please respect the rules, drive safely, and bring the car back in the same great shape received. During rental: 1. Notify me immediately if something goes wrong. I respond to Turo messages promptly. 2. You can pay tolls in cash. Any parking tickets or toll fees that occurred during the rental time will be the responsibility of the driver. **NO SMOKING*** Do not smoke in or near the car. Please do not bring any cigarettes, cigars, or plants of any kind inside the car. Any smell of this sort will be in violation of the policy. **NO PETS** Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. **NO FOOD** No eating in the car please. We would like to maintain the fresh car smell and avoid any spills. Cleaning charges will apply if violation occurs. **RE-FUELING** Only use 93 Premium Octane Fuel. Must refuel before returning vehicle. Car return instructions: 1. Fill up the tank to the same fuel level before your trip. 2. IMPORTANT: Take the following post-trip photos. A. All 4 sides of the car exterior B. Front, back and trunk inside the car (showing the dashboard and the floor mats) C. Photo showing the mileage and the fuel levels D. Take a photo of the fuel receipt, showing the date and time along with the fuel type used to re-fuel (**must show receipt in order for you not to be charged for re-fuel**) 3. Make sure to take all your personal belongings. You will absolutely enjoy this experience!
