The Tesla Model Y is such a very easy vehicle to drive very comfortable and great visibility. Panoramic roof view, night driving is awesome. 2021 Tesla Model Y Dual Motor Long Range AWD 5 Seater WHAT WE OFFER: **CONTACTLESS PICKUP/RETURN** — pick up anytime, easily check in and out with the Turo app **SUPERCHARGER ACCESS** — use any Tesla Supercharger, pull up, plug in, pay after your trip **DELIVERY SERVICE** — We offer delivery to local airport parking structures. All deliveries are contactless. Car will be left in the parking structure before your arrival. Vehicles will be dropped off a couple hours before your reservation begins. Guests are required to pay the parking fee upon exiting with the vehicle. We do not provide curbside delivery. - SNA: parking is currently up to $25. - LGB: parking is currently up to $30 -ONT- parking currently up to $25 - LAX: our vehicles must be picked up at the "LAX Economy Lot." Free shuttle service to the economy lot from the terminal is available 24/7 and runs every 5-7 minutes. The LAX Economy Lot fee is currently up to $30. — Guest Chosen Location: we offer delivery to a guest provided address such as homes and hotels for a fee. All deliveries are contactless. Please check your hotel parking guidelines to assure we can drop off the vehicle. For home delivery driveway or street parking is sufficient. - New to Tesla? Guidelines

I will not make policy and guideline exceptions during your reservation period. It is your responsibility as a guest to read through the guidelines before you book. By booking my vehicle you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of the following guidelines. PICKUP and RETURN: - Pick up and return will be contactless. - I will not be present for check-in or check out. - I will send you several Tesla tutorial videos after booking to get you ready for your trip. - You will receive the detailed location and pick up instructions after booking. -You will arrive at the vehicle and I will unlock the car and the key card will be inside. - You will receive a key card with your reservation. You will not need to download the Tesla app, I do not offer this feature to guests. After check-in you will use the key card for locking, unlocking and driving the vehicle. Please always take the key card with you. AIRPORT PICKUP AND RETURN: Vehicles will be delivered to the airport parking structure a couple of hours before your reservation time. You will be sent the detailed location after drop off. -The parking ticket will be left in the cupholder. Guests will be responsible for paying the parking fee upon exiting with the vehicle. Upon return you will park at the airport, send me detailed location, and leave the parking ticket in the cupholder, I will cover the return parking fee when I pick up the vehicle. I do not offer curbside pickup or return. - SNA: parking is currently up to $20. - LAX: our vehicles must be picked up at the "LAX Economy Lot." Free shuttle service to the economy lot from the terminal is available 24/7 and runs every 5-7 minutes. The LAX Economy Lot fee is currently up to $30/day. You will be required to return the vehicle to the LAX Economy Lot, failure to return the vehicle to the LAX Economy Lot will result in additional fees. FAST TRACK: -The car is registered for toll road/fast track and the fee will be charged post trip. CHARGING: - Cars will be at 90% charge level at pickup. Please return the vehicle with the same level of charge as you picked it up. If you do not recharge the car, a recharging fee will apply. Save time at return and purchase the “Prepaid EV recharge" under "Extras." With purchase of this extra you may return the vehicle at any level of charge above 20%. - Do not charge the car past 90% range or run it under 20% range. Use the onscreen navigation for all of your destinations as this system will keep you on a route that has Tesla Superchargers within range. - Running the vehicle down below 20% can result in running out of power quickly. Should you run the vehicle down to 0% this will result in damage to the battery pack resulting in towing and damage fees billed directly to you. Should you find yourself at a very low range please stop and call Turo roadside assistance before proceeding. SUPERCHARGING TESLA - Tesla Supercharging stations are indicated by a red dot displayed on the on screen map . You may use any Tesla Supercharging Station conveniently by clicking on closest one to you and plugging in when you arrive at the station. An average charge from 20-90% will take 35-45 minutes and cost $15-$25. A charge from 40-80% will average about 10-15 minutes and cost about $6-$12. - Do not leave the car plugged in at a Tesla Supercharger past when the charging is complete, if you do, you could incur Supercharging Idle Fees up to $1 per minute, idle fees will be billed with your Supercharging at the end of your trip. - You may also use public level 2 EV chargers at your own expense. Universal level 2 charging adapter included and located in the driver side door, please do not lose this adapter as you will be billed a $100 fee if it is not returned. This method of charging adds about 20-30 miles of range per hour. - A regular 110v Tesla Mobile Charging cable is included and located in the "Trunk." You may use a regular household plug with this cable. This method adds about 3-5 miles of range per hour and best for using in a secured location overnight. CLEANING: - All vehicles are professionally hand washed, detailed, and sanitized after every single trip. - Please return the car as you received it. However, the car is registered with a car wash company I can provide the location if you wish to take it there have it washed before returning it. But if you are crunch on time you can return it without cleaning it for $30/trip. - We ask that you help us out and remove all of your trash before returning the vehicle. This basic cleaning only covers normal use. Additional cleaning fee will be applying if any of the following are found in the vehicle: excessive dirtiness, trash, mud, stains, food/drink spills, or bad odors. NO SMOKING, NO SMOKING, NO SMOKING!!! - NO SMOKING or VAPING inside or even close to the vehicle. - Even the slightest cigarette, marijuana, vape or any odor of any kind will result in a $250+ cleaning fee. We will report smoke smells to Turo immediately resulting in an charge to your credit card for the cleaning fee and permanent deletion of your account from the Turo app. DOCUMENTATION: - Upon pickup, take a moment to carefully check the exterior and interior for any damage. This includes the wheels, tires, glass, roof and underbody. - You must document any existing damage to the vehicle upon pickup by uploading photos to the Turo app. To upload photos: open the Turo app, go to "DETAILS" scroll down to "TRIP PHOTOS" and click on "ADD PHOTOS" - You are responsible for any damage found on the vehicle unless it was documented at pick up. DAMAGES: - You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused during your rental period. - Any interior and exterior damages will be billed directly to you. This includes, but not limited to dents, door dings, scratches to paint or interior, wheel scratches, chips or cracks on any glass of the vehicle, as well as any mechanical damage caused by negligent operation of the vehicle. - I receive no benefit in any way from your Turo Insurance choice. My recommendation to guests is to get at least the minimum standard coverage. Turo is a car sharing platform, not a car rental platform. Because of this most personal auto insurance companies do not cover Turo rented vehicles. Please consult with your personal insurance provider should you chose to decline coverage as this could result in reimbursement up to the full value of the vehicle in the case of an incident. - Minimum charges apply to the following: **Door Dings or Minor Dents $200+ **Wheel Scratches $150+ **Paint Scratches $200+ **Interior Scratches $300+ TIRES & ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: - Guests are responsible for fixing or replacing any tire that is damaged during their reservation. - Tesla’s do not carry spare tires. Most tire shops do not carry Tesla tires. - Turo Roadside Assistance only covers towing to the closest tire shop. - Guests are responsible for any towing costs to return the vehicle to the home location in the event a flat is unrepairable or a replacement tire of like kind is not available. MISSING ITEMS: - You are responsible for any items not returned with the vehicle. - Minimum charges apply to the following: **Lost or damaged key card $100+ **Lost parking garage card $50 **Lost Vehicle documents and manuals $100 **Lost public charging adapter $100 **Lost or damaged Charging Cable $500 PET POLICY: No Pets Allowed inside the car EXCESSIVE USE, OUT OF STATE and VEHICLE MONITORING: - All vehicles are tracked and remotely monitored for excessive use and travel outside of California. - Excessive uses include, but are not limited to: high speed, hard acceleration, hard braking, burnouts, taking the vehicle to a race track, or off roading. - Guests will be warned if I receive any such notification of excessive use or travel outside of California without prior approval. Multiple warnings will result in excessive use fees and or up to immediate cancellation of your reservation, immobilization of the vehicle, cancellation and return of the vehicle during your trip. SPEED AND ACCELERATION LIMITATIONS: - For your safety and the security of the vehicle, the following features have been limited: - APP ACCESS, for security purposes there is no Tesla app access with your reservation, you will use the provided key card for vehicle access. - TOP SPEED has been limited to 90mph
