By accepting this reservation, you are agreeing to follow all the guidelines listed below. If any of the guidelines cannot be followed, expect a fee depending on which guidelines were unfollowed. 1.) Any form of smoking is prohibited inside or anywhere near the vehicle. Please expect a smoking fee if this guideline cannot be followed. 2.) Our vehicles are pet-free and this includes service animals to ensure the safety of our future guests. Please expect a deep cleaning fee if this guideline cannot be followed. 3.) The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was given to you at the beginning of your trip. Please expect a fee if this guideline cannot be followed. 4.) The toll charges plus surcharge and any other incurred expense as it relates to your trip will be calculated and requested via TURO reimbursement requests. 5.) Please return the vehicle with a full fuel tank. If the vehicle isn't returned with a full fuel tank, please expect a refill fee. 6.) Please upload all gasoline receipts to the trip photos. 7.) If you want to return the vehicle early, you must let me know 12 hours in advance before the day of return. 8.) You will be responsible for paying for the parking fee if you choose the airport delivery. We will request the parking fee via TURO reimbursement requests. 9.)If your trip starts later than 10PM and ends earlier than 10AM the parking fee will be higher to accommodate your check-in or check-out time. If you drop off the vehicle at the airport and DO NOT leave us a parking ticket, just a reminder the airport will charge a full day. 10.) If the key card/fob is lost, please expect a replacement fee. 11.) Please do not wash in automated car wash systems ( HAND WASH ONLY ), if needed.

• What type of fuel for refueling?

  Please use Premium 93 gas when refueling. Anything less can damage the engine. Please leave gas receipts in the center console
