Received a call 10 mins before pickup stating they were switching out the vehicle I rented because of a battery issue, it was the same vehicle (Jeep Compass) different year. Picked up the vehicle, got on the road / vehicle started shaking, jerking, radio went out and check engine light came on. Brought the vehicle back and was given another vehicle. Ford escape, which rode fine and was able to make it to my destination. Went to return vehicle early, called, texted and sent messages numerous times that I was at the location returning the vehicle no response.
