The road to BRC is not paved and is a violation of Turo's rental policy and insurance coverage is invalidated. ⛽ 91 Octane or higher gas only (NO DIESEL) 💦🚗 FREE $15 CARWASH: Go to any Sierra Carwash, some locations may charge for vacuum. Check https://www.sierrawash.com/locations/ No smoking - Vape pens, weed, cigarettes ANYTHING. No animals- please no animals. Please leave the gas tank at the level you received it. If you fail I will charge $85 prepaid fee plus $15 Please be respectful of my vehicle. Absolutely NO smoking or pets and no extreme off-roading. Subject to additional charges/huge breakage may apply. By renting out this vehicle, you are agreeing that you will personally be responsible for interior damage of any kind regardless of what insurance plan you pick through Turo. Turo DOES NOT cover interior damage. Turo covers exterior damage, NOT INCLUDING door dings/scuffs and some minor damage. The following flat damage charges apply: Door dings/Scuff marks charged at $50 each Window chips/Small cracks charged at $110 each assuming it is repairable. If not, it'll simply be the cost of the windshield. Wheel Scuffs more than 3" charged at $100 each Seat & Leather damage, including dye stains from pants charged between $75-$300 each 20+ pictures will be taken before and after delivery. Regardless of what Turo does or doesn't cover, you are ultimately responsible for ANY DAMAGE to the car. Not responsible for ANY items left in the vehicle after drop off. Just completed a 1 week trip from Reno to South Lake Tahoe. Rani's Audi Q7 was delivered clean, on time, fueled up, and ready to go. It performed well in some moderate snow & ice with minimal driver intervention. The new Q7 is an electronic wonderland of features! Rani's team really responded quickly and accurately. This was my first rental with Turo and the team was on the ball with helping out. My only suggestions are from the perspective of the First Time Renter. - The car return at the end: I got messages from 2 or 3 sources. I missed 1 or 2 of your timely instructions so I dropped the ball for about 10 minutes getting back to you. - Have the agent/employee wear a name badge. Especially for the benefit to new renters. We are just trying to observe safe transactions and not slow your staff down. I would definitely use Rani and Turo again. Currently, I see it working for Leisure but I need more time to try it for business. Price would have to be a motivator.
