Absolutely no smoking 🚭 No off roading. 1. Return car with the same level of gas as the trip started with (if returned with less there will be a $25 service charge on top of the cost of gas missing. Car requires Premium Gas 93 octane! 2. No smoking/drugs/drinking in vehicle *This can equate to a $250.00 turo fine* 3. Return car clean as it was when the trip was initiated. 4 Car wheels/rims must come back undamaged - be vigilant of curbs, pot holes, etc. *Damage to rims range between $150.00 to $1000.00* 5. Review your mileage allowance. Additional miles will be billed at an extra charge per mile.

If you’re looking at this car rent it!! Darren was incredible! This car is one of a kind and so eye catching. He responded so quickly and the car was in great condition. Pick up and drop off we’re so convenient. I saw a review someone having trouble with the bluetooth which concerned me but within a few clicks my phone was connected immediately and I’m not tech smart at all! 10/10 would recommend him. This is going to be my Cali rental whenever I visit. Thanks Darren!!

Bluetooth had some issues which happens sometimes with range rovers otherwise no issue with pick up/delivery and good customer service from the host which is appreciated

You’re correct; RR has been notorious for spotty Bluetooth. I wish you had mentioned this to me during your trip because I could have explained how to get it to reconnect, and if It were not working when I picked up the car, I would have given you credit for the inconvenience. I hope you give us a second chance to make it right.

Overall experience was good however there were a few hiccups. We paid for drop off at the hotel but the vehicle was about 35 minutes late - we had tickets to a tour but at least we buffered time. Darren communicated the delay to us so there were no surprises and it was understandable because of traffic. We drove all the way to Warner Bros studios to find that the clicker was not working and the door had to be manually locked and unlocked. Slightly annoying because the key clicker had to be disassembled every time just to get in the car. David met us later that afternoon at our location on Rodeo Drive and replaced the battery in the clicker. Other than that the vehicle was great - loved the convertible in the California sun. Pick up went well - we coordinated with hotel valet and they left the vehicle up front. We finished with the vehicle early but it was picked up at it’s scheduled time. Thanks!
