The Mazda Tribute is the sporty version of the Ford Escape. The car features V-6 engine. The electric power steering system delivers good road feel and response. Around corners, the SUV remains relatively flat and inspires driver confidence. The ride quality is smooth, making the Tribute a suitable choice for commuting or hauling the family. The interior control layout and the build quality are generally impressive. The climate and stereo controls are split, with readouts placed high atop the dash in legible blue and white characters. What if I need special assistance?

Do you offer car seats?
Yes, you can add a car seat to your reservation. We offer multiple types and sizes of car seats. If you need a car seat please let us know the type of seat that you need and the weight of the child.
Do we have to fill the car with gas before returning it?
Most of the time the gas tank will be full when you pick up the car. Unless you added pre-paid refueling to your reservation, you are expected to return the car with the same amount of gas as when the picked up the car. If the car is returned with less fuel than when it was picked up, you will be charged for the cost of the gas plus a $10 convenience fee.
What if I am running late for my pickup or return? Or what if my flight is delayed?
Please communicate your delays as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your delay. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late due to circumstances not related to air travel, reservations may be cancelled pursuant to Turo’s “No-Show” policy. If your delay is caused by flight delays and we have your flight information before your reservation begins, we will try to contact you about what you would like to do with your reservation. If we don’t have your flight information, we cannot consider flight delays when deciding to hold a reservation. If you are running late returning the car, please contact us as soon as possible. If the car is returned more than 30 minutes late, guests may be charged additional usage charges under the Turo Late Return Policy.
Do we have to clean the car before returning it?
Guests aren’t expected to clean or disinfect the car before returning. However, if you return the car in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report the issue to Turo. The Turo customer support team will review the evidence — if it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, they will charge you a cleaning violation fee of $150* plus a 3% processing fee. What happens if I incur tolls on my trip?
As soon as we receive a bill for a toll that was incurred during your trip, we will bill you through the Turo app for the cost of the toll only. Depending on where you travel, it could take up to 2-3 months for the toll authorities to send us a bill.
How do I pickup the car if my flight arrives outside of normal business hours? Or what if my flight departs before business hours?
If you need to pickup the car after 9 pm at the airport, let us know when you book your reservation. We can make arrangements to leave the car in a nearby parking facility for a “contactless” pickup, subject to the Turo Contactless Pickup Policy. There may be additional parking fees involved. If you need to return the car for an early morning flight, you can park the in airport parking as long as you select the airport as your location in this reservation. We will pickup the car from airport parking.
