-Return the car with the same amount of fuel as it had when you picked it up if you did not add on the Extra "Prepaid Refuel". -Car must be returned clean or there will be a fee if you did not add on the Extra "Post-trip Cleaning". -No smoking in the car or there will be up to a $150 dollar fee. -No pets allowed or there will be a $150 fee. -Communication is key in providing the best experience for you and me!

• Is there smoking permitted in the car?

  No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, I will report to Turo and will charge up to $150 for detail and cleaning services.

• Are pets allowed in your car?

  I'm sorry but I do not allow pets in my car. As per Turo's Cleaning Policy: "If a pet enters a vehicle at any time without a host’s consent, the guest will be held responsible for having the car cleaned."

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Please remember that this is a car share and not a car rental. The car must be returned in the same condition, inside and out, as you received it. Mud, dirt, sand, food particles, beverage spills, animal hair, or similar will result in a cleaning fee. *You can choose to skip the post trip clean up by adding on the Extra "Post-trip Cleaning" for $15.

• Does gas need to be filled before returning the car?

  Travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. Details please see here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990730-Fuel-policy *If you select the Extra "Prepaid Refuel" for $45 you can return with the gas tank at any level.

• What if I return the car late?

  "If a guest returns a vehicle more than 29 minutes late, they may be charged for the additional use. This is billed by an average of the daily rate of the vehicle, including the trip fee and any other applicable fees such as the young driver fee and the protection fee." "If a guest returns a vehicle more than two hours late, the guest may be charged a $20 late fee." "If a guest is more than 24 hours late, is unresponsive, or caused a trip cancellation because of their lateness, they will be charged an improper return fee up to $50."

• Is there a daily mileage allowance?

  The car comes with the amount of miles listed on your reservation. Any mileage above that is subject to the overage charge listed. Unlimited mileage may be purchased via the Extras option. I am happy to allow some leeway and discretion based on circumstance or timing, but please realize Turo permits this overage charge for any mileage over the allowed trip amount and any potential reduction in fee is discretionary.
