My Trip was a disaster. Juan was completely late to deliver me the vehicle. I had to wait over 10 mins until he got to me. Once he arrived I waited to see if he will at least confiscate me a discount on the trip due to his tardiness. He did not acknowledge the fact that he was going to take something off due to inconveniencing me, I had to ask. During my Trip there wasn’t any windshield wiper fluid and also the oil was low. After my trip I asked him where was the discount he promised me he stated he was only giving me 5%. I don’t think he understands how to make a customer feel better after being inconvenienced before giving a car that wasn’t properly taking care of. I will not rent from him again. If this is what toro has to offer i am Disgusted. Don’t think I will try this again due to this one hiccup.
