Eric was very organized, detailed, and flexible with our cancelled flights while we were in Chicago with his car. He put effort in providing clear directions for us to get to his car at such a huge airport!

Eric was fantastic! I had a family emergency pop up and needed to extend my rental. He went above and beyond! The car was clean and ready to go. He gave great instructions about pickup and return. Evening was seamless. I’d rent from him again!

Eric was incredibly responsive and gave very detailed instructions to pick up his vehicle from O’Hare airport. Would definitely use again if flying into Chicago. Car was clean and has everything you’d expect in a modern car.
