I arrived about 15min early for my pick up. Amy didn’t mind she was very sweet and pleasant. The vehicle was very spacious and comfortable. Only issues that I had is that the vehicle needs to have an Alignment very bad. It drinks up a tremendous amount of gas. Fill up and 35/40 min later it’s on half. I can honestly say that I spent more on fueling up than I did on the rents itself.

The car when it was given to me didn’t have a full tank. The car seems like it may need an alignment. It still got me to where I needed to go. But overall the host was very nice.

I had to quickly find a new rental as the first host was a no call/no show. After I booked the car, I messaged to request more photos. They only had 2 of the outside of the SUV. They didn’t respond to calls and texts. After catching the uber to their location, the husband came outside and gave me the keys and said you’re good to go after seeing my license. His hands were dirty and filthy. I didn’t Ben want him touching my ID. He didn’t have a mask on as well. The SUV was filthy. There was some what the owner called rock salt all in the back area. Especially in times like this, the car should be cleaned and sanitized after EACH use. I can tell that they just pass the keys from one driver to the next. ABS light was on and it jerked a lot while driving it. I was concerned it may stop or I could cause a accident. I sanitized the car myself with Clorox wipes as I am a germophobe. I will not rent from them again.

I’m so sorry about your experience! I’m not sure what happened because I didn’t see any missed calls or texts and the car is typically cleaned between renters. Apparently with all the holiday commotion we dropped the ball so I sincerely apologize. While we admittedly don’t wear masks at home, my husband is usually pretty clean and probably had stained hands from some project, despite washing them. Regardless, I agree it doesn’t present well. Mechanic says there are no issues so idk what that was
