No pets/smoking/vaping/drugs/drinking in vehicle *This can result in a $150.00 fee* 3. No aggressive driving, racing, unnecessary hard braking, and hard OFF-ROADING. Documentation of the tires and undercarriage are taken before each trip and excess use will be the guest responsibility. 4. If you experience any mechanical issues, please contact Turo’s Roadside Assistance. Please be patient with them as they are often busy. The vehicle comes with a spare on the back. Should you have a tire incident on your trip simply visit any Discount Tire Co. for service and repair (free) or replacement at your expense (~$50.00) under warranty. How do I check in at Portland International Airport?
This vehicle will be delivered to the airport's Economy parking lot. We will leave the parking pass for you in the cup holder to exit the parking lot. It costs somewhere between $3-$12 to leave the lot. Please upload the parking pass receipt for reimbursement.
Where can I wash and clean the car before returning it?
This vehicle is enrolled in a monthly membership with Washman Car Wash. Simply map any of their Oregon locations and drive up to the Express Lane. The Washman tag on the vehicle will grant access to a wash and use of their self service vacuums.
Where can I charge the Jeep?
The Jeep takes a Universal J1772 Connector. I recommend finding a charing station with ChargeHub, or Plugshare Apps; filter by J1772 Level 2 stations. You may need to download an app base on the charging station you visit. See the stations screen for location specific information.
