Had bad tires on the vehicle the maintenance light came on, the oil was overdue. The host was rude from the time we picked up the car. With check in and check out.

Tires and vehicle passed inspection with flying colors the previous month. I should not have rented to this guest when she contacted me before her trip began complaining that she couldn't open the lock box containing the key. Out of nearly 50 previous guests for the two cars that I rent I have NEVER had a guest who couldn't open the lock box. It turns out she entered the combination in incorrectly. If one can't operate a lock box, what chance do they have at operating an automobile?
