When I received the car, the floor was covered in dirt and sand, and there was mold present. I also saw all four cockroaches! This issue needs to be addressed. Setting aside the engine issue with the car having over 130,000 miles, overall, the car is relatively okay to use! I wish your business continued growth

Upon reviewing the provided images, neither yours nor my photographs indicate sand or dirt on the floors. Moreover, I find the mention of mold unsubstantiated. To support such claims, photographic evidence is essential.
At our organization, we prioritize vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation, ensuring exceptional standards.
Regarding the engine, high mileage (130K miles) does not mean engine issues. This vehicle has had almost all 5⭐️.
