Communication was fast and prompt! My only issue was with the child seats which we organised ahead of time to be installed. They weren’t installed but sitting in the car. After a long flight from Australia with two toddlers, installing car seats is the last thing we wanted to be doing. Either way, the understanding from these folks was great and they offered to refund us for one of the seats that we paid for. Also, the car does smell like the previous owner smoked or vaped. Not ideal for little kiddos. Would recommend a deep clean of the upholstery for sure.
