PLEASE READ OUR GUIDELINES: NO SMOKING! & NO VAPING! We do not allow smoking and/or vaping in the vehicle at all. Please be mindful of future renters and not smoke in the vehicle. Other strong odors will also result in a cleaning fee. Failure to adhere to this rules will result in a smoking fee of $250. NO PETS ALLOWED: We love them but not all our guests do, so no pets allowed in this car please! FUEL: Please return the car with a full tank of gas or the same estimated level it had at pick up. You may consider buying the PREPAY REFUEL EXTRA. CLEAN UP: Please consider other guest will be driving this vehicle after your checkout and all we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same clean condition you picked it up in. NO EXPIRED DRIVER LICESE! Expired driver license will not be accepted and we will no be able to honor your booking. Please make sure you Drivers License will be current during the period of your car rental. VEHICLE CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP BY THE PRIMARY DRIVER! PICK UP TIME: Vehicles can NOT be hand over before your reservation starts. TOLL FEES: As a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. We will tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip. AIRPORT DELIVERIES: All airport deliveries are contactless; at DFW guests can shuttle to vehicle location inside airport. At Love Field airport, guests can walk to parking garage. Yes, extensions and/or adjustments are completely flexible as long as you adjust it in the app and the vehicle is available.
Do I need to return car clean?
Yes! If there is any excessive cleaning needed such as: animal hair, food stains, water stains, beach sand, or excessive mud in which we have to shampoo the seats or mats Turo will charge up to a $250 cleaning fee.
How do tolls work? Do I have to pay for tolls?
Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges. We will tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip.

The AC stopped working! Such an inconvenience! I find it hard to believe that was not an issue before! So disappointing!

Again, sorry for the inconvenience Genese but don’t find it hard to believe! Things do get broken from time to time. The A/C indeed stop working during your trip, and we fixed it immediately after you dropped the vehicle back. It was the blower motor and it has been replaced.
Also, we offer to terminate the trip immediately to remedy the situation, to which you agreed and we thank you for it. We would never rent a vehicle with no A/C, specifically not in Texas. 😉

I recently rented a Kia Soul from Ivan on Turo, and the experience was excellent. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove smoothly. Ivan was professional, responsive, and made the pick-up and drop-off process seamless. The Kia Soul was perfect for city driving and surprisingly spacious inside. Highly recommend renting from Ivan!
