i’ve used this car before and had no issues. directions were clear, concise, and pretty easy to follow. picking up from the airport was also very convenient as well.

It pains me to leave a 3 star review as I am usually very pleased with my rentals and hosts. I have rented over 30 vehicles through Turo, so I have seen it all and never felt compelled to leave anything but 5 star reviews. This was just not the greatest experience, unfortunately. The pickup and return process is great and instructions clear. The communication from the host is lacking. A message of mine regarding extending the trip went unanswered and the overall response time between the host was slow. There is an approximate $30 airport fee when renting these cars that should be noted. There are other hosts that rent vehicles in the same garage with no airport fee so I recommend taking time to research and ask hosts if they have an airport fee before choosing a rental option. The cars have a lockbox that is secured to the license plate for the duration of the trip which makes the experience feel a bit awkward. The cars are not as nice as they seem in the photos and are not very clean inside or out. The car often accelerated harshly or wouldn’t get up to speed. Other than this, I hope others have a better experience. I gave three stars because overall there’s hope and room for improvement. Thank you, for hosting me.
