This will be a contactless check-in process. The vehicle will be parked on the side of the street for you. The vehicles keys will be left in the glove compartment moments before your reservation start time.

🧼 Return Policy and Cleaning: The vehicle will be fully detailed upon delivery. Please return the vehicle in the way in which it was received. Thank you! ⛽️ Gas: The vehicle is given to every guest with a full tank of gas. Please fill up tank upon returning the car. If returned with less than a full tank, there is an additional $10 convenience fee, plus the cost of the fuel. Please fill up ALL THE WAY to avoid fees! ⚠️ No Smoking ⚠️ Do not hide any damage ⚠️ Be careful of curb rash ⚠️ No speeding/abusive driving 🚬 Cigarette/Marijuana Smoke: -Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind. A $250 fee will be applied to your vehicle reservation if there is any smoke smell or other foul smell detected upon return for cleaning and sanitizing. Scraped Rims: -Scrapped Rims will receive a $100 damage fee upon return. Drive with caution around curbs to prevent this. 🗓 Late Arrival Fees: Please return the car on time. Other guests may be waiting on that car. Please read Turo's late return policy to avoid being charged late fees. Tickets/ Toll Evasions: If I am sent a bill for a traffic ticket or a toll evasion, you will be charged the total cost of charges of the ticket.

• How Does Communication Work?

  Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. By messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise, you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.

• Are pets, smoking, or cigarette pens allowed in the vehicle?

  No sorry, my vehicles are extremely sensitive to smoke and have been known to become quite irritable in the presence of smoking. If there is even the slightest hint of cigarette smell, we will charge a $300 fee.

• Are you flexible on pick-up/drop-off times?

  Absolutely, as long as I am informed ahead of time. Sometimes I have back-to-back rentals, so please keep me in the loop if you need to extend the rental or can’t return the car on time.

• I’m flying into Phoenix, can I pick up the car at the airport?

  Yes! Make sure you select the Airport Delivery option and from the moment you book, we'll be in regular communication to make sure all details are covered so you can relax and check one more thing off your planning list. I will be delivering the vehicle directly to your terminal.

• What if my reservations is over, but I want to extend it?

  If you wish to extend your reservation, you must contact us and Turo. The extension will only be approved if the extension does not interfere with a scheduled reservation and Turo approves based off their guidelines and policy.

• Do I need to refill the vehicle with gas before returning?

  Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel the car is given to you or prepay for the fuel if you know you won't have time to refill it.
