The vehicle is parked in the Preflight Parking Garage on Jefferson and 44th Street. It will be parked by the west lobby/office.

Guidelines

------ CONDITIONS ------ (1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of any kind), this includes marijuana, cigarettes, cloves, cigars, etc. If the vehicles smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated (up to$250). (2) No Racing, Peel-outs, Donuts, or Offroading is permitted. The vehicle is equipped with a monitoring system that tracks location and speed logs. We also complete inspections and measure tire tread depth before and after every trip to ensure no excessive wear and tear. Evidence of excessive wear and tear will result in additional charges. Please be conscientious of your use of our vehicle as we take pride in providing you with an excellent product. (3) NO PETS. We ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles may incur additional fees. (4) Travel outside of the country is strictly prohibited. GPS monitoring and state boundary alerts provide notification of travel outside of the State of Arizona. Any travel outside of the state must be communication with the Host PRIOR to travel and approved by the Host. Communication is important! (5) If you need any additional time during your rental, you are required to request an extension before your trip has ended. Trips returned 60 minutes past the return time are automatically reported to Turo and charges for additional usage and late fees will apply. We often have other guests scheduled so it is important to be punctual. (6) Tickets and Tolls are your responsibility. Failure to properly maintain the cars condition or to follow state laws will be charged to you as the guest. (7) Additional Drivers MUST be added to the reservation, so that Turo can approve the added drive prior to the start of the trip. This provides protection for all parties. (8) Turo App Required. For all of our bookings, we do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos. You will especially need this when picking the vehicle up and when returning it. (9) The vehicle should be fully cleaned upon time of return. Our vehicle stay in great condition because we take care and pride in our vehicles. We require the vehicles to be hand-washed prior to return unless you add a "Post Trip Cleaning" services.   • Where do I charge the car?

    There are Supercharging Stations that can be found on the Navigation Map of the Tesla as little red location ICONS with lightning bolts on them. If you touch one of them it will tell you how many charging stations are open in present. (they open up pretty quickly). These locations take anywhere from 30-90 minutes to charge, depending on how low you are on charge, how many Kw's the station is pulling, and how many vehicles are charging. This is something you will need to consider as you being your trips, as you don't want to let it get to less than 20% charge or 45 miles range without having a plan to juice up.

  • How do I clean the car?

    IMPORTANT: DON'T USE THE DRIVE THROUGH CAR WASHES! They are brutal on powder coated rims. Additionally, the windshield wipers are often set to automatic and will break if in the on position. We prefer the self car wash, or the hand car wash. There are several around the city.

Great car and Great Service. Michelle went over and beyond to make our experience great as far as the customer service and the Tesla is awesome. I highly recommend renting from Rexx and Michelle. They have a fleet of awesome cars and trucks and the prices are very reasonable compared to some of the other people with the same cars listed.

Very easy to access the car and work with Rexx! Beautiful driving and rental experience. Advice to renters: map out beforehand where you’re going and what range you’ll have with the battery.
