Great communication with the host, the only improvement would be that the vehicle was delivered a bit dirty.

Everything was to the point and great. My only complaint is the location of the lock box. When you are driving it rattles and sounds like something is wrong with the vehicle. Other than that minor detail, the car and host were great, thank you.
