Light bulbs can burn out at any time and it is 100% out of control of host for something like this to happen mid-trip. Guest seemed to have no issues swinging back to our lot and we had our on-site mechanic replace the bulb ASAP (it is a 2 minute job).
Sorry to see that such a minor thing warranted a 1 star review......but such is life and on to help the other thousands of happy guests.

Car was clean outside and running great, pick up location easy to find, great value, host is a rental car company which was super informative but not very responsive.
Only one point to mention is that the interior is not very clean especially the seat cover looks pretty old and slippery , not secured, which made it a bit dangerous while driving (since my body & legs keep moving forward because of the seat cover)

Everything went very smoothly from the check in process to check out. Vehicle was great and got me around the Phoenix and surrounding area comfortably.
