I am a little confused as the only vehicle you had booked from us was the Dodge Journey, which was the same car received. We only have one Dodge Journey :)

The car was filthy. The windows look like somebody just wiped water and didn’t do it properly. There was dents on the side of the car bad brakes.

This is a retaliatory review as the guest was charged for going 600 miles over the limit (and being charged accordingly). Guest also did not refuel and was upset about the $10 charge added to fuel bill per Turo policy.

Car had 85k mile on the odometer. Was very difficult to access the third row. Shuttle to and from rental location was not available so I had to book and pay for UBER. Waiting for reimbursement.

The vehicle is a WELL MAINTAINED 6 year old rental car and 85k is actually super low mileage for a 2019.
We cannot control how Dodge designed the vehicle and it seems like a larger SUV such as a Suburban or a minivan may have been a better match for guest needs.
Uber/Lyft trips were reimbursed within 24 hours of trip end, I would recommend double checking the card used to book the trip as that is where Turo sends the refund 🙂
