First let me say; Sarathy was awesome. When I say above and beyond, I can’t thank you enough. This was my first time using Turo, and an electric car for our trip. Sarathy availability to answer questions was impeccable, I never felt like I was a bother; and no matter what I needed, I was walked through the process of utilizing the Tesla X model. The car is beautiful and definitely was a huge eye catcher when the doors opened. My kids are now begging for a Tesla. Sarathy, Thank you for making my first experience with Turo an awesome one. Great host, great trip. We needed a vehicle to seat six to accommodate guests staying with us. This vehicle fit the bill at a reasonable price. Bonus was being able to try out a Tesla. Pick-up and drop-off were contactless and seamless.
