(1) Must be 18 years of age or older to rent this vehicle and provide a valid Driver's License. (2) Tobacco use and smoking of any kind are not permitted inside the vehicle. Any suspected violation will be subject to repayment of any and all costs associated with decontamination and detailing of the vehicle’s interior. (3) Pets are allowed, but we ask that you keep them in a crate while in the car to avoid any issues with allergies. (4) The vehicle will be delivered clean and please return the vehicle in the same state and fuel. (5) An EZPass Toll Tag is provided for use on all bridges and Toll Roads. All tolls incurred will be charged back after the rental is completed.
