TOLL CHARGES: This Jeep Wrangler Unlimited is equipped with an EZ Tag for your convenience. Don't worry, we will only charge you for the toll fees you incur. As soon as toll charges are registered, we will request reimbursement from you with no additional fees. GENERAL CLEANLINESS POLICY: This vehicle is cleaned and sanitized before every trip. Guests are required to return the car in a reasonably neat, and tidy condition. Major cleanliness violations reflecting neglect or abuse as defined by Turo will result in a $150 cleaning fee. NO SMOKING POLICY: All cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits guests, their passengers, and vehicle hosts from smoking in any car on the Turo marketplace. A fee of up to $250 will be charged for major violations as defined by Turo. NO PET POLICY: No pets allowed in our cars. A fee of up to $150 will be charged for any violations as outlined by Turo. REFUELING POLICY: You’re responsible for returning the car with the same amount of gasoline it had when you picked it up. A refueling reimbursement plus additional fees may be charged for any violations. Note you may also prepay for fuel. OFF ROADING IS NOT ALLOWED. HARD TOP REMOVAL POLICY: Please do not attempt to remove the freedom panels or hard top of the vehicle.

• Can I cancel or change an ongoing trip?

  Yes, we are generally flexible with trip modifications as long as they don't interfere with someone else's trip. Just make the request on the app so we can approve it

• How does remote check-in work?

  We will provide a short video with instructions on how to locate the car, provide remote ID verification, and access the car keys once you complete your booking.
