If you rent from us and have a great experience, please leave a 5-star review. If rent experience was less than satisfactory, please let us know as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to make it right. ***** Re-fueling ***** When refueling NOTE the vehicle ONLY uses Premium unleaded ONLY as specified by Manufacturer. If you don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle when you return it? No problem, we'll take care of it.   • How do I add another driver to the trip?

  • Flexible with extra mileage?

    I can be if we are notified in advance before the end of the trip. We are willing to negotiate and work out mileage needs for each trip. Please speak to Robert before the beginning of your trip about mileage concerns.

  • Does the vehicle need to be refueled?

    Yes. We always send our cars out to renters with a full tank. Please return your rental with a full tank. If you do not have time, please let Robert know and he will refuel it and charge the amount as a reimbursement.

  • Am I required to clean the car before return?

    Yes. Each of my vehicles are rented out very clean and wiped down. We expect them to be returned in the same condition (exterior and interior). If it is returned uncleaned, you will be charged between $50-$100 depending on the level of cleaning required.

  • Can anyone smoke in the vehicle?

    No. Absolutely no smoking. Fees applied if you smoke or leave tobacco or any other illegal substances. Thank you.

  • How do I extend or shorten my trip?

    If you want to change the start or end time of your trip to keep the car longer or return it sooner, you must submit a request via Turo before the trip starts or while it’s in progress. You’ll be unable to submit via the system once the trip has ended. A trip change is only valid if you make the request through Turo and your host approves it. If you extend your trip without approval via the Turo system, we may charge you a late return fee. If you make an unapproved early return, we’ll be unable to refund you for any unused trip time. And you’ll still be responsible for any parking tickets or tow charges the car receives for up to 24 hours after the scheduled trip end time. To request to extend or shorten your trip, follow these instructions: Log onto turo.com or to the Turo mobile app. Open your Trips tab. Click or tap “Booked.” Select the trip you’d like to change. Select the “Change trip” button at the top right of the screen. Choose “Change trip length.” Enter your new start or end time and write a message to your host. Submit your request.

  • Can I tow anything? Prohibited Uses?

    Prohibited uses If you engage in any prohibited uses with a vehicle booked through Turo, we may apply the following consequences Void your protection for any physical damage to a host’s vehicle Lower your liability coverage to state minimum limits or nullify liability coverage where allowed by state law Charge a violation fee Temporarily suspend your use of the platform Remove you from Turo Prohibited vehicle uses and activities include: Permitting someone who’s not an Approved Driver* to drive a vehicle booked via Turo Driving a manual transmission car without being an expert in the use of clutches and manual transmissions If the drivetrain of a manual transmission car is damaged, the primary guest will be presumed to be at fault and will be held fully liable for repair of any damaged components of the car Allowing the vehicle to be pushed or towed by anyone other than an authorized law enforcement or service vehicle Using a vehicle booked through Turo: to tow or push anything for “off roading” on undeveloped or unimproved roads in any race, test, or competition with the intention to cause damage, or with wanton, willful, or reckless disregard for safety to carry persons or property "for hire" or to carry persons or property for compensation or a fee, including, but not limited to, taxi services, TNC services, and/or parcel, food, or grocery delivery services. You may, however, use the car for business purposes, such as attending meetings and carrying associated materials unless a trip has been booked, using vehicles without a reservation or outside your trip time constitutes unauthorized use during or as part of the commission of a crime or any other illegal activity or purpose while the driver is under the influence of: alcohol above the legal limit any drug or medication under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended when it has been loaded beyond its rated capacity or with more passengers than the vehicle has seat belts outside the 50 United States or Canada if booked in the US or Canada. Guests who book a car in the US or Canada are not permitted to drive into Mexico outside of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the Channel Islands, or any other country of the European Union if booked in the United Kingdom without a valid license, or if you do not meet our requirements for booking a car. It’s your responsibility to inform us when your license is expired or suspended, or if you believe you may no longer meet our requirements for booking a car to transport any flammable, toxic, volatile, poisonous, dangerous, or illegal substances to transport a pet in a vehicle that hasn’t been labeled as “pet friendly” without the host’s explicit consent, except in the case of service animals as defined by the ADA, guidelines in Canada, and guidelines in the UK. Guests who bring service animals on their trip may still be subject to a cleaning violation fee as per Turo’s cleaning policy Making any unapproved alterations, additions, or improvements to any vehicle If you’re a guest in the US or Canada who has a safety concern, let your host know If you attempted to reach them but haven’t heard back after at least 30 minutes, contact Turo: (US) chat with customer support; (Canada) 1-888-391-0460 Smoking in the car Fueling a vehicle with an improper type of fuel Leaving a vehicle unattended while it is running or with the keys in the vehicle Making fraudulent reports about a vehicle or a host *Only Turo-approved drivers can book and drive a car during a Turo trip. To be an “Approved Driver” means that the guest has provided and updated all required documentation, continues to meet all Turo requirements for booking a car, is currently in good standing, and, as per our Terms of Service, is listed on the reservation. Guests may request and be approved to add an additional Approved Driver to a trip. All drivers shall be jointly and severally liable for the trip, but the primary guest (meaning the Turo guest who books the trip) shall remain primarily liable.

Select the “Change trip” button at the top right of the screen. Choose “Change trip length.” Enter your new start or end time and write a message to your host. Submit your request.

  • Can I tow anything? Prohibited Uses?

    Prohibited uses If you engage in any prohibited uses with a vehicle booked through Turo, we may apply the following consequences Void your protection for any physical damage to a host’s vehicle Lower your liability coverage to state minimum limits or nullify liability coverage where allowed by state law Charge a violation fee Temporarily suspend your use of the platform Remove you from Turo Prohibited vehicle uses and activities include: Permitting someone who’s not an Approved Driver* to drive a vehicle booked via Turo Driving a manual transmission car without being an expert in the use of clutches and manual transmissions If the drivetrain of a manual transmission car is damaged, the primary guest will be presumed to be at fault and will be held fully liable for repair of any damaged components of the car Allowing the vehicle to be pushed or towed by anyone other than an authorized law enforcement or service vehicle Using a vehicle booked through Turo: to tow or push anything for “off roading” on undeveloped or unimproved roads in any race, test, or competition with the intention to cause damage, or with wanton, willful, or reckless disregard for safety to carry persons or property "for hire" or to carry persons or property for compensation or a fee, including, but not limited to, taxi services, TNC services, and/or parcel, food, or grocery delivery services. You may, however, use the car for business purposes, such as attending meetings and carrying associated materials unless a trip has been booked, using vehicles without a reservation or outside your trip time constitutes unauthorized use during or as part of the commission of a crime or any other illegal activity or purpose while the driver is under the influence of: alcohol above the legal limit any drug or medication under the effects of which the operation of a vehicle is prohibited or not recommended when it has been loaded beyond its rated capacity or with more passengers than the vehicle has seat belts outside the 50 United States or Canada if booked in the US or Canada. Guests who book a car in the US or Canada are not permitted to drive into Mexico outside of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the Channel Islands, or any other country of the European Union if booked in the United Kingdom without a valid license, or if you do not meet our requirements for booking a car. It’s your responsibility to inform us when your license is expired or suspended, or if you believe you may no longer meet our requirements for booking a car to transport any flammable, toxic, volatile, poisonous, dangerous, or illegal substances to transport a pet in a vehicle that hasn’t been labeled as “pet friendly” without the host’s explicit consent, except in the case of service animals as defined by the ADA, guidelines in Canada, and guidelines in the UK. Guests who bring service animals on their trip may still be subject to a cleaning violation fee as per Turo’s cleaning policy Making any unapproved alterations, additions, or improvements to any vehicle If you’re a guest in the US or Canada who has a safety concern, let your host know If you attempted to reach them but haven’t heard back after at least 30 minutes, contact Turo: (US) chat with customer support; (Canada) 1-888-391-0460 Smoking in the car Fueling a vehicle with an improper type of fuel Leaving a vehicle unattended while it is running or with the keys in the vehicle Making fraudulent reports about a vehicle or a host *Only Turo-approved drivers can book and drive a car during a Turo trip. To be an “Approved Driver” means that the guest has provided and updated all required documentation, continues to meet all Turo requirements for booking a car, is currently in good standing, and, as per our Terms of Service, is listed on the reservation. Guests may request and be approved to add an additional Approved Driver to a trip. All drivers shall be jointly and severally liable for the trip, but the primary guest (meaning the Turo guest who books the trip) shall remain primarily liable.
