* The vehicle will be provided to you with a full tank of gas and we ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than the full tank you will be charged $7 a gallon for the refueling. * Return the vehicle at or before your trip's end time. If you need an extension please request it through the app to avoid any additional charges. Late returns are charged $40 per hour up to $200 a day or 3 times the daily rate, whichever is higher. * If you receive any tickets or tolls during your trip please pay them immediately. If we receive a ticket in the mail that occurred during your trip you will be charged an additional $25 processing fee in addition to the ticket cost. * We provide a charging cable and phone holder. Make sure you leave them in the vehicle at the end of your trip. Missing cable and phone holder replacement charge is $20 each. * We deliver our vehicles washed and vacuumed and ask that they be returned washed and vacuumed. If you do not have time to wash it, you may pay a $35 washing fee at the end of the trip. When washing please avoid using air fresheners, or any like products or chemicals on the inside of the vehicle. smoking or having pets in the car will result in a $199+ detailing charge.

Had a great trip with this rental, just had an issue with a dead battery that could have been my fault. Problem is with Turo , after calling for roadside assistance, they told me everything was covered so I didn’t worry. But I now have an invoice for a battery jump for $70. Well don’t tell me everything is covered and send me a bill. I could have found a neighbor or my Uber to help jump me off. Fabian was great though, phone call to Turo no so.

Amazing experience! The host was both responsive and flexible with my pick up and drop off given I booked the car last minute. I can’t imagine coming back to Palm Springs and NOT renting this car as it was PERFECT for the weather and did very well on gas. Thanks again Fabian!!
