Must be 21 to rent this vehicle. OFF-ROAD USE in only permitted in summer season (Mid May through Mid-October), as trails in this area are CLOSED from November through Mid-May in this area. Winter months (November- Mid May), Jeep is for HIGHWAY USE ONLY. Per Turo policies "vehicles are prohibited to be used for “off roading” on undeveloped or unimproved roads". A majority of the "off-roading trails" in the area are considered county roads, all of such roads are "improved" and thus will be allowed. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside this vehicle. Evidence of smoking (including smell, cigarette butts, cigarette/vaping products found inside the vehicle is subject to a $300 fine and the loss of use of the vehicle for cleaning. NO PETS--evidence of pets (including pet hair, scratches, damages, nose prints on the windows) will be subject to a $300 fine and loss of use of the vehicle for cleaning and repairs.

• How much do you charge for mileage after the daily allotted amount?

  We charge $.75 per mile after the agreed upon mileage per day.

• Can I take the vehicle off-road?

  Of course! As long as it is a "County Road" you can take the vehicle anywhere. Imogene pass, Yankee Boy basin, etc.
