Pickup and return are contactless. The car will be unlocked by our team remotely.
Can I request trip modifications?
You may request a modification to adjust the times and we will accept depending on availability.
Do I need to clean the car before returning?
No need to wash the car before returning it, but please return it in its original condition to avoid a $150 cleaning fee, plus a 3% processing fee. This includes but not limited to any sand, stains, spills, or odors. We provide a FREE car wash service conveniently located near the return location.
How do tolls work?
The car is equipped with a toll tag, use the fast lanes for your convenience and we will request reimbursement after your trip. No additional fees!

The car was practically brand new. Although the pick up spot and return spot was a little troubling because of the weather, it was still an easy trip.
