Temporary update on this vehicle: there is a medium size dent in the trunk gate from a previous rental. The trunk gate is fully operational and the car drives great. This is fully cosmetic, but the repairs will be a little while to accommodate the bookings that are already in place. Sorry for the inconvenience, and the price is discounted for this reason. The portrayal of the car in the listing does not match the actual vehicle, and it would greatly benefit Adam to update his photos to provide a more accurate representation. Additionally, improving the clarity of instructions for the drop-off phase of the trip to include where to wait for shuttles would enhance the overall experience. During our search for the car, we encountered difficulties and were unable to locate it. It was only after we reached out to Adam that he informed us about a noticeable dent in the back of the vehicle. While we appreciated his communication, it was somewhat frustrating to receive this information after we were already facing challenges. Upon conducting our initial inspection, we were disheartened to discover visible stains on all the seats, which significantly detracted from the appeal of the car. Furthermore, our disappointment grew when we found trash in the passenger side door. To ensure a more positive and accurate experience for future renters, Adam should consider updating the listing images to align with the actual condition of the car. Moreover, enhancing the instructions for the drop-off process would contribute to a smoother and more seamless trip for all parties involved.

I did fail to mention the dent in the trunk until last minute which was an honest mistake on my end and I apologize. I do want to be transparent with all of my renters and hopefully the dent in the trunk is able to be fixed very soon. Thanks again and hopefully I can make it up to you on your next trip. 😊
