The communication was excellent! Clear directions with the pick and drop.

The car itself was fine, we didn’t realize the features it was lacking compared to our car at home. The car seat installation was a pain and the seat itself was dirty and didn’t make me feel safe about having my 10 month old ride in it. Finding the car in the lot at the airport and having to pay for parking was a pain as well. Will probably use a rental car service from the airport next time. This was our first time using Turo.
