NO SMOKING 🚫🚬 There is a ZERO tolerance policy for any type of smoke: vape, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, or marijuana ... if this vehicle is smoke contaminated there will be a TURO fee assessed for this. We are here to serve our guests with excellent customer service, and a clean/fresh vehicle is part of that process. ⛽FUEL: We ask that every vehicle is returned fully fuled at the end of your trip. Prepaid fuel is also an option and is available upon payment for your rental. 🚧TOLLS: We offer Epass with the vehicle for our customers convenience. You have the option to decline or accept the usage prior to the start of your booking. Once your trip is over, we will ask for reimbursement of only the tolls you used during your booking via TURO. Charges may take up to 30 days to be assessed, due to pay-by-plate tolls and is something that is not in our hands. CLEANING FEE: We expect the car to be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Washed, vacuumed, etc. In the instance that they are not a TURO $25 cleaning fee will be submitted.

The car is excellent but unfortunately in the last day a flat tire brought some headache. A fee of $450.00 is too expensive for this kind of issue. So, for who will rent this car, I recommend to contract the Premium Insurance that is the only to cover flat tires.

Mary's black Model X, duly named Maleficent, is truly a black beauty. It was immaculately clean. We loved not stopping to pay for $4.80 / gallon for gasoline. The only trick was finding charging stations that were enroute to our daily destinations. Tesla has done a great job of placing supercharging stations throughout central Florida. It just takes a little extra planning. Thank you, Mary, for sharing Maleficent with us.
