Booking this vehicle is understanding and acceptance of such: * Please provide a copy of your driver's license upon pickup. * Always file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene of an accident before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. * Agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation. * No Smoking, Vaping, Eating/Drinking (other than water) in vehicle ($250 will be applied to remove such smoke odor). * There will be a $350 fee for any lost key. * There is a $500 fee for damages cause to tires or rims. Just watch out for curbs. * Please return the vehicle clean, free of debris, the same way you received it. * Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as you received it. Or skip the hassle with Prepaid Refuel Add On. * Agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add that person as a driver to the trip and confirm approval. * Agree that the vehicle will not be used in any illegal activities or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation. * Tickets and tolls are subject to be paid by the Guest and notify the Host at the end of the trip. * Airport parking is subject to be paid by the Guest upon delivery and Host responsibility on pickup. * Please be mindful and return the vehicle on time for other guests to use. * No towing If it is believed the driver of the vehicle, renter, and/or passengers of the vehicle has COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during or immediately prior to rental of the vehicle; they shall make the owner aware immediately via Turo inbox.
