• Will I get charged for tolls?

  Each vehicle has a toll transponder. You can save time by taking tolls and will simply receive an invoice for the used tolls within 90 days do your trip’s completion. Invoice will include photos that show which tolls used for confirmation. Conversely, you can store transponder away and pay tolls in cash.

• Who do I contact in case of an accident or incident?

  Turo offers 24/7 roadside assistance for accidents and repairs. Just call 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security]. Each vehicle’s glovebox has a Turo insurance incident card that has prompt instructions in case of an incident.

• How can I adjust the pick up/drop off time and location?

  You can edit the chosen location by selecting “modify trip” and selecting a new location to pick up the vehicle. You can also edit the pick up/drop off time by selecting “modify trip” and choosing a new time. Certain times may not be available depending on the schedule of the host. Contact the host if this issue arises.

• Are child safety seats available?

  Yes, we currently have a variety of child safety seats for babies and children or all sizes. Simply select the add-on and specify to the host what type of seat you need.

• Are vehicles cleaned beforehand?

  Yes, you will receive each car completely disinfected and clean inside and out. All of our vehicles receive an interior detail and exterior wash/wax before each trip.

• Does Turo offer rental insurance?

  Yes, you should able to select a package that covers your trip’s duration. You can also use your own rental insurance.

• What type of fuel does this vehicle take?

  This vehicle (Mazda CX-5) takes regular (87) fuel.

• How do I pick up the vehicle?

  All of our vehicles will be parked at the desired location prior to the guest’s trip start time. Vehicle will then be unlocked at trip start time via phone. Contact host if you would rather do the pick up in person. We offer personal delivery within a 50 miles radius as well. Contact host for additional inquiries.
