5-STAR SERVICE! CLEANEST CARS ON TURO! This 2020 Kia Sportage is in like-new condition. The 2.4L engine has plenty of pep but still gets 30+ mpg highway! The car has the ground clearance of an SUV but handles like a car. It's so easy to drive! Safety Technology Package keeps your family safe with forward collision alert with automatic braking, lane departure warning with active steering, blind spot warning, and backup camera. This SUV also features a beautiful beige leatherette interior and a spacious trunk with a power liftgate. The infotainment system keeps you connected with Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto so you can run GPS navigation on your phone using the car's display! Toll transponder allows you to drive right through without having to stop at toll booths. (You will be billed for tolls you incur after your trip. There are no toll surcharges and you actually get a 20% discount for using the transponder! #047939171010) *** In lieu of charging a delivery fee, the guest may be responsible for up to 24hrs ($19) of parking fees before and/or after the trip. In order to minimize parking fees, we do our best to dropoff/pickup the car as close to your arrival/departure time during regular business hours of 10am-8pm Monday through Friday, but the logistics of operating a fleet of cars at 2 airports means that we can't always pickup the car right away. We try to prioritize departing guests, meeting them in person whenever possible.

Please return the car in the same condition in which you received it: clean and with a full tank of gas. *** Because some guests have severe allergies, no animals of any kind are allowed in this vehicle. *** *** This vehicle may NOT be driven outside the State of Florida! *** *** SMOKING OR VAPING will incur a $250 fine and get you banned from Turo! *** *** As of 3/9/22, Orlando International Airport (MCO) no longer allows hosts to meet guests curbside at the airport terminal 😒 Guests are only allowed to pickup and dropoff vehicles in the parking garage. Guests may be responsible for parking fees of $4/hour up to a maximum of $19 before and/or after their trip. We make a good faith effort to park or retrieve the vehicle as close to your arrival and departure time as possible, but due scheduling conflicts inherent in running a fleet of rental vehicles, parking fees may be incurred. This is the new Turo policy at all Florida airports. Unfortunately, many hosts do not disclose parking fees up front. We do so to be completely transparent, so there are no surprises after your trip. The airport fee you see on your invoice is a mandatory fee and tax assessed by the airport authority, not by us or by Turo. Thank you for understanding

First time using Turo so I was very nervous that I would get to Orlando and not have a rental car to get my young kids to Disney. The entire process was made so much better by Joe!! The Kia we rented was super clean and ran beautifully our entire trip. Every step of the way Joe was readily available and provided clear instructions with pictures to make this process so easy. He had appropriate car seats installed in the vehicle on arrival so we could get in and go. I will most definitely look to use a car from Joe any time I’m in the Orlando area!!

Joe was extremely easy to contact. Gave step by step directions on how to find the car and return the vehicle. Welcomed us to Florida unsure if we have been there before and gave friendly advice for operating the vehicle. This was our first Turo experience and we are forever going to use this moving forward. We will definitely use Joe again on our next trip to Orlando
