Marcelo was super easy to communicate with and made the pick up flawless. He brought a car seat for my daughter and made sure it was set up properly. Return was in a lot, so had to take tram back to terminal but overall a zillion times better experience than any rental experience. My first time using the app and don’t think I’ll go back. Turo is magical. Thanks, Marcelo!
