The car smelled horrible when we got to it. It smelled like dirty/sweaty feet-gym bag. The smell never went away even after buying fabreeze air fresheners. The car felt & looked dirty like it had not been sanitized/wiped down. The car shakes when you get up to speed as if something is wrong with a wheel bearing or something else in the steering. There is also an AirTag in the car that our phones detect and kept saying it was tracking us. I’m just glad we didn’t have to drive around a lot in it.

I'm very disappointed that things like this happen. The car was clean and did not have that smell that the guest said. There are no photos showing how dirty the car is. Unfortunately, I have to say that the guest lied about these things. The car also does not present any mechanical problems, if so, she should have communicated this at the beginning of the trip. At the end of the trip she also did not indicate where she had left the car. I spent 2 hours to find the car.
