The communication was a 2 star. Because of it I lost an hour of my trip so I would find where he was parked waiting for me, but the Car was excellent. The one thing that’s worth saying but it’s not his fault is that the day of the drop of parking garages all around the airport were full so we had to park in a area different than the one he asked us to.

Justin's vehicle was great. My family fit very well and was comfortable. His instructions were very clear and concise as to where the vehicle was located as well. I will most certainly rent with him again in the future.

Vehicle was not parked where i was told, spent 20 min searching parking garage.. finally found the vehicle and it only had half a tank.. response time over turo wasn’t the greatest. Second day the vehicle had ants in it. Had to vacuum them out… Definitely had better experiences with other turo members
